Cuppa for a Cause July 2010

On the 5th July Nazareth  held a very successful morning tea raising money for Wanganui’s Alzheimer’s Society.  Residents had made invitation cards from old birthday cards in the shape of tea pots, which looked great.  Advertising was done extensively on notice boards and entrances, and residents gave out cards to friends and relatives.

There was a very good response.  Elizabeth Sim and her musical friends entertained the crowd of supporters.  The end result raised over $250, which topped off a very pleasing event.
